Do you offer hourly photography?
Our collections are designed around the coverage and experience you need rather than simply selling individual hours. We'll recommend the appropriate option based on your plans, while keeping our collections flexible enough to accommodate a variety of celebrations and sessions.
Can I customize my package?
Yes. Our collections are designed to be versatile and work well for a variety of needs, but we understand that every celebration is different. If you need something outside of our standard collections, we're happy to customize coverage when possible.
Are there additional location fees?
Some locations may require additional fees. Downtown Chicago bookings are subject to a travel fee.
Clients are responsible for any required photography permits, venue/location fees, and parking costs associated with their session or event.
Do you require a retainer?
Yes. A 25% non-refundable retainer and a signed photography agreement are required to officially reserve your date. Your date is not considered booked until both have been received.
Do you travel?
We currently serve the Chicagoland area and select locations within driving distance. We do not currently travel out of state unless the location is within a reasonable driving distance.
How far in advance should I book?
Availability varies depending on the type of photography and time of year. We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for weekend celebrations and weddings.
